Mirkan Topcu is a managing partner at ER&GUN&ER and a member of Istanbul Bar Association (Bar Registration No: 67874). He is experienced in Sports Law, Criminal Law, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, Health Law, Enforcement and Insolvency, Citizenship and Immigration (including Citizenship by Investment), Commercial and Corporate Law, Commercial Contracts, Real Estate, and Foreigners Law. He helps corporate clients on governance and contracting, shareholder and management disputes, receivables and enforcement strategy, and risk management in transactions.

Enes Erdoğan is a managing partner at ER&GUN&ER and has an extensive experience in: enforcement and bankruptcy law, labor law, insurance law, and the law of obligations. He offers legal advices on employment disputes, drafts and reviews commercial contracts, handles insurance claims and disputes, and manages debt collection through enforcement proceedings.

Emircan Erkılınç is a managing partner at ER&GUN&ER and focuses on contract law, inheritance law, and real estate law. He provides legal advice for local and international clients on different civil and commercial matters, such as: real estate transactions, succession planning, and contract drafting and dispute resolution.
